You may return most unused items purchased from Pro Tools Express within 30 days of the original delivery. Pro Tools Express will pay for return shipping if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please contact our Returns Dept. at (877) 801-5693 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. A twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee will be issued on all authorized returned merchandise. This is non-negotiable.
All products and merchandise which are "built to order" or "made to order" are non-refundable and non-returnable as specified by the manufacturer's policy. This is non-negotiable.
Fall protection equipment/PPE is closely monitored by OSHA, CSA and several other government safety organizations. Once fall protection equipment/PPE is ordered from Pro Tools Express, it is considered "used" and cannot be resold as "new" goods. Much of our fall protection/PPE equipment is also "made to order" and will not be accepted back by the respective manufacturer. Made to order items generally have a 7-14 day build time. However, sometimes items can be delayed due to 3rd party manufacturing, manufacturer delays, strikes, missed deliveries, etc. Pro Tools Express is not liable for manufacturer delays. Build time is not a reflection of lead time as there is still shipping time from the manufacturer to either the customer or Pro Tools Express. As a result, fall protection equipment/PPE may only be exchanged for the same exact product if it acquired damage during shipping/transport or has a manufacturer defect. All fall protection orders are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-cancellable. This is non-negotiable, all sales are final on any fall protection or safety related items.
All freight is the responsibility of the buyer. In the event an item has a free freight designation the buyer is responsible for any and all return freight to Pro Tools Express. In the event an order is cancelled while in transit, the buyer is still responsible for any freight charges accrued by Pro Tools Express. In the event that an order with the free freight designation is returned, the buyer will be responsible for the original freight accrued by Pro Tools Express.
If you order a product from Pro Tools Express "by mistake" or of the "wrong part number", that product is subject to a twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee. You are also responsible for return freight. This is non-negotiable.
The following items may not be returned or canceled:
- Any used or damaged merchandise
- Infrared thermal imaging equipment
- Generators & Related Power Equipment
- Blower Doors / Duct Blower equipment
- Any and all software sales are final, no exceptions
- Any fall protection or safety related items
- Any and all disinfectant or sanitizing related items and equipment.
