Full Vertical Velcro Leggings 14" High, 8.5" Flare Standard with Full Vertical Velcro Closure and Metal Instep Bars. NOTE: 8.5" Flares are 2-ply; one layer of legging fabric over split leather except where noted. Optional Rear Closures: 3 Horizontal 2" Wide.
