When used as part of a Personal Fall Arrest System, fall arrest forces must not exceed 1800 lbf (8 kN)
When used as part of a Personal Fall Arrest System, no more than one Personal Fall Arrest System may be attached to the anchorage connector.
Anchorages to which personal fall arrest equipment is attached shall be capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per user attached, or shall be designed, installed, and used as part of a complete personal fall arrest system which maintains a safety factor of at least two, under the supervision of a qualified person.
Free fall distance (limit) must not exceed 6.0 ft (1.8 m) in accordance with ANSI Z359.1
