Air Systems BB75-CO6 BB75 CO6 Breather Box Air Filtration System
The Air Systems BB75-CO6 Portable Breather Box is a Grade-D heavy-duty filtration system to supply breathing air for workers.
The BB75-CO6 system filters the incoming air from your compressor to supply respirators with Grade D quality air & monitors for Carbon monoxide.
The 1st stage element will filter bulk water & particulate and features auto drain functionality. The 2nd stage is a coalescing filter that eliminates ultra-fine particulates, mists, atomized oils & also features an auto drain. The 3rd stage filter will remove organic vapors & odors but has a standard manual drain. The filter change indicator is standard for all 3 filtration stages. The efficiency of filtration is 99.99 percent at .01 micron. All Breather Boxes are engineered to be utilized in the closed and upright position in order to avoid internal contamination.
The (CO) standard airline monitor uses 9 Volt disposable batteries, 8 to 16 V DC, or 115 V AC for continuously monitor the air. The audible external alarm & light alerts workers in the event high carbon monoxide content. (POA) Point of Attachment boxes extend your respirator usage over 300 feet.
