Kevlar has a tensile strength five times stronger than steel on an equal weight basis. Cut-resistant Kevlar yarn offers a high temperature resistance and will not support combustion. Sleeves made with Kevlar are available in a variety of gauges, coatings, and lengths to address a multitude of industrial applications. This sleeve features a Kevlar outer layer and offers a thumb slot and 18-inch length.
